New Business Executive - Leeds / Home Based

Excellent opportunity to join a dynamic new business team, focused on developing new commercial clients connected to the motor sector (fleet, haulage, bus & coach etc.). Our client is a well-respected chartered insurance brokerage, long established and fiercely independent.

The role will be based from their impressive modern offices in the Leeds area (plenty of free parking) as well as there being plenty of flexibility in terms of working from home.

You will have access to lots of quality data and be working with a small dynamic team of highly experienced new business executives with broking and admin support and access to all major markets as well as numerous exclusive scheme arrangements.

Ideal applicants will enjoy being involved in developing new clients and have a good all round knowledge of commercial insurance, especially motor oriented risks. This is a client facing position so it is preferred that you have previous experience in a client facing role. You will be smart, professional, a strong communicator and not afraid to “ask for the business”.

Previous use of Acturis would be beneficial but is not essential (training can be provided). If you are looking to progress through the CII course, you will be fully supported.
