A leading communication technology provider in Brighton is seeking a New Business Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Join our Team as a New Business Executive!

Location : Brighton

Salary : 25000 Per Annum Plus Commission (35k OTE)

Hours : Monday - Thursday 8 : 45am-5 : 30pm and Friday 8 : 45am-4 : 00pm with regular early finish incentives

About the role :

Do you have a passion for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth As a New Business Executive at Onecom youll play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying potential clients initiating conversations and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities :
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the market
  • Conduct telephone-based outreach including cold calling to predominantly small to medium-sized businesses to assess their mobile fixed line connectivity and cloud service needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing customers
  • Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends
  • Analyse the customers needs and pre-sell the solution
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
