A telecom solutions provider is seeking motivated Business Development Managers across the UK. This role involves engaging business owners directly and selling telecom products. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a positive mindset; previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. The position offers competitive salary, commission, and additional benefits, including substantial holiday allowance and professional development support.
Location: Various locations available
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, between 8:00 and 18:00 (37.5 hours)
Salary: £25,000 plus £3,000 travel allowance, realistic commission of £1,000 per month (uncapped)

As the face of our brand, you will engage directly with business owners and decision-makers door-to-door in a defined region, selling telecom solutions that enhance business efficiency. You will need to manage your time effectively to meet sales targets and maximize customer contact.
Previous experience in door-to-door or face-to-face sales in B2C or B2B environments is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
