A leading IT service provider in Greater London seeks a New Business Development Director responsible for identifying and nurturing new logo customers. You will drive revenue growth across multiple industry verticals and ensure excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills and experience in developing strategies for growth, putting customer outcomes at the heart of operations. As a New Business Development Director, you will be responsible for the development of new logo customers in industry verticals. You will be required to identify, nurture, close and execute growth opportunities across Claranet’s full portfolio of products and services, acting as the primary point of contact for customers through all growth related conversations and activities. You will be accountable for ensuring excellent customer experience across the end to end lead to order process, coordinating inputs from other teams as required, with the overall objective of growing Claranet’s enterprise customer base.
