Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with housebuilders, developers, and contractors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the new build market.
  • Manage a portfolio of active clients while ensuring excellent service.
  • Attend site meetings, client visits, and industry events.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract details.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Provide sales forecasts and project reporting.
