Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of fee-earning responsibilities related to new build and residential caseload.
• Interview clients and maintain comprehensive file notes.
• Complete compliance documentation and ensure successful file management.
• Draft title and mortgage reports, and manage lender requirements.
• Participate in networking and business development activities.
