A leading provider in complex care is seeking a Therapy Assistant to join their multidisciplinary team at a rehabilitation centre in Greater London. The role involves supporting residents with complex neurological conditions, delivering treatment plans with qualified therapists, and promoting safety. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a caring approach, while experience in healthcare is beneficial. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to upholding dignity and independence.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

  • Promote safety and protect the human rights of all residents.
  • Carry out therapeutic assessments and deliver treatment programmes under guidance.
  • Monitor and evaluate resident progress, making appropriate changes to treatment plans.
