Job description

This role based in Maidenhead, Berks requires someone with previous experience in an NOC role, with demonstratable network and/or systems support experience.

You will demonstrate a strong understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls, have experience with Windows Server, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper‑V), and cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure).

Candidates will need to demonstrate they have the ability to troubleshoot server performance, network connectivity, and application service issues, have familiarity with monitoring tools such as ConnectWise RRM, SolarWinds, PRTG, Datto, LogicMonitor or similar. With incident management experience and excellent communication skills.

A starting salary of up to £35,000 plus benefits is on offer.
