Network, Security and Voice Operations Team Lead - Trader Voice/IPC - LAN/WAN - OSPF - BGP - MPLS - Meraki - ACI - SD-WAN

Permanent - up to £125,000 + benefits, bonus.* Hybrid, 3 days office

Global financial services client is seeking a Network, Security and Voice Operations Team Lead/Manager responsible for managing and maintaining all network and voice-related technologies in EMEA as well as internationally. This is a hands‑on technical role, as well as managing a team of Network and Voice Engineers to support the EMEA Network and Voice infrastructure. The team cover both projects and BAU activities, comprising of multi‑vendor technologies such as Cisco, ACI, ASA, Nexus and Legacy.

Skills and experience required:

  • Team leadership/management experience (managing performance, developing talent, etc)
  • Experience managing 3rd Party Relationships to ensure level of service are in line with SLA and KPIs.
  • Manage and deliver roadmaps and end‑to‑end life cycle management of all assigned network and voice‑related products and technologies
  • Solid experience managing an IP Telephony, Trader Voice (IPC Unigy, Dealerboards, Voice Reording) function within a financial institution
  • Strong technical skills across Cisco; Meraki Wireless; SW‑WAN, DDoS Mitigation; Solarwinds; ACI, ISE, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, LAN/WAN, Checkpoint and Palo Alto
  • Strong experience with MS Teams Telephony and Cloud‑based SaaS platform
