The Network Navigator works on an acute mental health ward at Blossom Court, St Ann’s Hospital. The role is full time, in‑person with face‑to‑face working as a minimum expectation. The Network Navigator is part of a wider system of supporting and managing patient access and flow within the North London Mental Health Partnership.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm – five days per week. Please note professional registration is not required for this role.
