This position is on-site in Rotherham. Please do not apply if you cannot work within the Rotherham area full time.
The Network Engineer will be responsible for the delivery of all BAU related tasks, these will involve managing the day-to-day support cases recorded against the customers infrastructure. The engineer will have excellent problem-solving skills and a thorough knowledge of Network Principles across Routing, Switching, Wireless and Security Technologies. The role will involve working closely with the Charterhouse Support Team, to deliver timely outcomes for Incidents and Change and Service Requests. The engineer should also have experience with Network Management Platforms, working with ITSM systems and a good understanding of ITIL best practice. The role will include participation in an On Call rota.
