A leading healthcare organization in Coventry is seeking an administrator for the Neonatal Community Outreach Team. This role includes managing diaries, providing administrative support, and acting as the first point of contact for parents and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate the smooth operation of clinical duties. Weekend work may be required.
The Neonatal Community Outreach Team (NCOT) supports babies and their families to enable an earlier discharge home from hospital. NCOT provide support across the Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS). The team are based and hosted by UHCW, but work across George Eliot and South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust providing specialist community care for babies and their families.

The post holder will provide direct administrative support to the Neonatal Community Outreach Team (NCOT), part of the Women & Children’s Clinical Group. The post holder will support the Senior Neonatal Outreach Administrator and the Neonatal Community Outreach Team in their administrative duties including managing diaries and appointments, arranging, and attending meetings, taking effective minutes/action notes, supporting data collation and the administrative side of the Neonatal Community Outreach Service.
They will be expected to provide a high quality, broad range of administrative and secretarial duties to enable the effective delivery of the service; providing a confidential, efficient and responsive work ethic in accordance with Trust and Departmental guidelines, policies and procedures.
The Neonatal Community Outreach Service operates 7 days a week between the hours of 08:00-18:00.
The post holder will be based at UHCW, however may occasionally be asked to travel to the other sites. Weekend working may be required.
