Overview

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated and proactive individual to join the Neonatal Team as a Neonatal Admin Assistant at Homerton Healthcare.

This is a non‑clinical role and does not involve working with babies.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the Neonatal Team; assisting with ward clerk duties as required.
  • Interacting with service users and the public in person, via email, and over the telephone.
  • Demonstrating flexibility by adjusting start times or working days to meet service demands.
  • Maintaining proficient IT literacy skills and willingness to undergo additional training as needed.
Qualifications & experience

Good standard of general education and previous experience in an administrative, secretarial or supervisory role. Eagerness to participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities provided by the organisation.
