  • Valid NEC 3 or 4 qualifications and a successful track record of delivering infrastructure projects using NEC 3 or 4
  • Experience of people management and working in diverse multi-disciplined teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and understand the consequences of decisions
  • Flexible, adaptable, self-starter attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
  • APM/PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner
  • Experience on Highway projects
