NATIONAL / REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – FIELD BASED / REMOTE

The Role

They are rebuilding a brand-new national field sales team and need a hands-on National Sales Manager to lead the way. This is a rare opportunity to build from scratch:

  • Recruit, train, and manage 12 Regional Sales Managers.
  • Implement and enforce proven sales and marketing systems.
  • Roll up your sleeves to drive results, especially in the early growth phase.
  • Balance strategic leadership with day-to-day coaching of trainees.
