Qualifications

  • You should have a full UK Driving License.
  • Mechanical competence suitable for a multi-skilled role is required.
  • PLC programming experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  • Respond to reactive maintenance tasks across the site.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings as required.

Skills

Strong fault-finding skills across 12V–415V circuits
Proven experience in electrical installations
Good IT skills and general computer literacy
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education

NVQ Level 3 or higher in Electrical Engineering
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
Inspection & Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2391)
NAPIT/NICEIC registration
