A leading healthcare company is seeking a dynamic leader to develop and oversee Clinical Associate Practitioner recruitment, training, and supervision across the UK. This pivotal role involves acting as the named supervisor, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and standardizing training across all sites. Strong communication, organization, and a degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics are essential. The position is home-based with national travel required. We’re looking for a dynamic leader to take the reins in developing and embedding a consistent approach to Clinical Associate Practitioner recruitment, training, and supervision across Opcare. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the named supervisor for Associate Practitioners, ensuring excellence through compliance with BAPO guidelines and our own high standards. You’ll drive the creation and rollout of a structured training framework, lead recruitment, deliver impactful training, and provide hands‑on, remote, and indirect supervision that makes a real difference.
The role is home based, but national travel will be necessary based on operational requirements.
