About The Job

Role Purpose

Deliver profitable growth and excellent execution within a group of key customers in Route to Market. Develop and nurture key contacts across their business as well as lead internal crossfunctional teams to help create and deliver the company and account strategy.

Key Activities
  • Customer Profitability
    • Net Sales, investment and customer profitability responsibility including all Danone categories
    • Delivering the annual, quarterly and monthly customer targets, driving profitable growth for both Danone and our Customers
    • Delivery of profitable growth for both Danone and customer through yearly Joint Business Plans
  • Retail Execution
    • Ensuring flawless execution of agreed activations throughout the year
    • Creating and managing regional manager relationships to bring the Joint Business Plans to life in stores
    • Regular store visits to know what is happening on the ground
    • Liaising with our Field team to provide briefs for tactical activations
  • Promotional and Price Management
    • Managing the promotional and pricing plans, ensuring these are aligned internally
    • Review return on investment internally and externally, tweaking the plans where relevant
  • Customer Engagement
    • Lead the building and execution of our customer specific plans
    • Delivery of internal and external P&L targets
    • Working alongside Category to identify and deliver against distribution gaps
    • Working closely with supply chain to foresee any challenges and ensure clear consistent communication is delivered externally to maximise business continuity
  • Team Development
    • To support junior members of the team through delivery management by setting the plans for activities and desired outcomes, engaging the team on the ‘why’ of each project and coaching on the day-to-day challenges
