Music & Drama Teacher - Full Time (with Leadership Opportunity)

Location: Minehead

Start Date: January 2026

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality Music and Drama lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
  • Inspire creativity, performance skills, and a love of the arts.
  • Take a leading role in developing curriculum, extracurricular activities, and performances.
  • Provide departmental leadership and drive the vision for Music and Drama within the school.
What We're Looking For
  • A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience teaching Music and/or Drama.
  • Strong subject knowledge across both disciplines.
  • Experience or ambition to lead a department, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative and inspirational approach to teaching, with the ability to engage students of all abilities.
