Responsibilities

  • Carry out high-quality panel repairs and refinishing to vehicles.
  • Prepare vehicles for painting, including filler work and sanding.
  • Mix and apply paints using both water-based and solvent-based systems.
  • Perform full re-sprays and SMART repairs.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure a flawless finish.
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards.

We’re looking for a Multiskilled Automotive Painter/Panel Beater to join our client's busy Accident Repair Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality bodywork and paint finishes, thrives in a busy workshop environment, and takes pride in bringing vehicles back to their best.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer:
  • Carrying out high-quality panel repairs and refinishing to vehicles of all makes and models
  • Preparing vehicles for painting (filler work, masking, priming, sanding, etc.)
  • Mixing and applying paints using both water-based and solvent-based systems
  • Performing full re-sprays, blend-ins, and SMART repairs where required
  • Conducting final inspections to ensure a flawless finish
  • Maintaining workshop cleanliness and ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards
Qualifications and Experience of Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer:
  • Proven experience as a Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer within the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and paint processes
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of work
  • Familiarity with modern repair methods and tools
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
