Qualifications

• 3 years plus experience in an FMCG environment or similar.
• Experience with Automation and PLC Fault-finding.
• Strong knowledge in Facilities Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and Reactive Maintenance on machinery.
• Support production departments with technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.

Double Days on weekly rotation - 0600 - 1400 / 1400 - 2200 (no nights!).

Overview

Our client is a Telford-based & UK-leading supplier of FMCG products supplying into retail, wholesale and commercial sectors. They are looking for a multiskilled maintenance engineer to join their skilled maintenance team on the double-day shift pattern. The role offers excellent technical development, a fast-paced and meticulous working environment and highly competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance on a wide range of mechanical and electrical machinery and equipment
• Single and Three-Phase wiring
• Facilities Maintenance rectification and improvement work
• Ensuring a timely-handover between shifts
• Improving the performance and longevity of machinery and equipment
• Upholding the highest levels of Health and Safety standards
• Provide Technical Support to Production Departments
• Record, manage and cost spare parts and feedback to Finance

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Automation & PLC Fault-finding experience
• Facilities Maintenance
• 3 years plus experience of working in FMCG environment or similar
• IOSH Certificate.
