Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Oxfordshire (Haddenham, Aylesbury)

Shift pattern: double day shift 06.00‑14.00 wk1 / 13.45‑22.00 wk2

Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the first level escalation of breakdowns within the factory. Working as part of the shift engineering team ensuring breakdowns are fixed promptly in line with priorities. The breakdowns include mechanical, electrical and controls. The engineer is also responsible for the completion of preventative works orders.

Main Responsibilities

Health & Safety

• Ensure Site PPE policy and LOTO Procedures are followed.
• Ensure the safe working of engineering function (particularly in areas of isolation and safe entry)
• Provide safety walk information to Operations Team using existing in‑house reporting system.
• To make the workplace a safe environment by ensuring :
• All company and legal requirements are met and maintained.
• Safety equipment is properly maintained, checked and recorded.
• Safe working practices are promoted at all times with all checks and job sign‑offs completed.

Quality

• To ensure all Quality Management Systems are adhered to and properly documented.
