Qualifications

• Proven experience in building maintenance including M&E systems.
• Full, Clean Driving License is essential.
• Familiarity with COSHH requirements for equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Maintain building and equipment to high standards.
• Manage documentation and inventory for maintenance tasks.
