What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out a wide range of joinery tasks - from fitting doors and windows to installing skirting boards and kitchen units
• Tackling general maintenance including plastering, tiling, and minor plumbing/electrical work
• Diagnosing and repairing issues in void (vacant) properties
• Working closely with maintenance teams to turn around units efficiently
• Maintaining detailed records of jobs completed, materials used, and time spent
• Reporting any major repairs or safety concerns
• Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards and compliance requirements
• Using IT/communication tools to stay organised and connected
• Upholding top standards of quality, compliance, and productivity

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or a related trade
• Valid CSCS card
• Full UK or EU driving licence
