What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out a wide range of joinery tasks - from fitting doors and windows to installing skirting boards and kitchen units
- Tackling general maintenance including plastering, tiling, and minor plumbing/electrical work
- Diagnosing and repairing issues in void (vacant) properties
- Working closely with maintenance teams to turn around units efficiently
- Maintaining detailed records of jobs completed, materials used, and time spent
- Reporting any major repairs or safety concerns
- Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards and compliance requirements
- Using IT/communication tools to stay organised and connected
- Upholding top standards of quality, compliance, and productivity
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or a related trade
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK or EU driving licence
