We are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade to work on a reactive maintenance programme for the commercial industry

Candidate Requirements

• experienced in carpentry, plumbing, plastering etc.
• 4 years min experience including adhering to all H&S standards of operation
• F-Gas certification preferred but not essential
• valid ECS Card
• driving licence
• able work within Health and Safety regulations
• be flexible with regarding to working hours, predominantly local work with rare stays away
• strong understanding of commercial and industrial installation and maintenance projects and associated maintenance requirements
• multi-skilled with experience in carpentry, plumbing, and other general trades and enjoys the challenge of a multi-disciplinary environment
• track record of delivery in a maintenance environment
• excellent administration skills and attention to detail in the accuracy and timeliness of submissions
• attention to detail in completion of works to quality and client satisfaction standards
• good communication skills with client, engineers and management team
