Overview

A leader in the social housing maintenance sector is looking for experienced multi-skilled operatives to join their team. You will be working on responsive repairs, carrying out internal maintenance to occupied properties. The works will be based out of the North London area.

Key Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or trade related qualification (Preferred)
• At least three years property maintenance experience
• Skills in carpentry, plastering, plumbing, painting, electrics, and tiling are required (At least 2)
• Experience working in occupied properties in a public and client facing role
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
• Ensure that the quality of work meets the highest possible standards at all times.
• Support all trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service.
• Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve them efficiently.
• Keep the customer/office up to date with progress and plans.
• Maintain a tidy working environment, ensuring all works are carried out in line with the company health and safety policy.
