Multi-Trade Operative
Social Housing - Eccles, Manchester

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join their team for a 12 week contract working on social housing in Eccles, Manchester. The successful Multi-Trade Operative will have experience working on tenanted properties on both reactive and planned maintenance (mostly planned).

The pay rate for this role is £20PH CIS and it comes with a van and fuel card.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and tenants ensuring appointments and repairs are completed to a high standard. Using their skillset to work effectively in order to carry out general reactive and planned maintenance in social housing.

• Hold a relevant trades qualification (NVQ2 or equivalent)
