A housing and maintenance company in Clyst Honiton seeks a Multi Skilled Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing faults, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. Are you a hands‑on professional with a passion for delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance? Join our Internal Maintenance Service (IMS) team at LiveWest as a Multi Skilled Technician. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our homes are safe, well‑maintained, and meet the expectations of our customers. This mobile role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real difference in the communities we serve. You will have a core trade in carpentry and be based within 30 minutes of Okehampton, Bideford or Barnstaple area.

This role is being offered on a full‑time permanent basis working 40 hours per week.
