A leading FM service provider situated in Canary Wharf is looking for skilled Shift Engineers. The successful candidates will be multi-skilled with extensive building maintenance experience. The position offers a salary of up to £53,500 and the opportunity for career progression on a critical site. Responsibilities include ensuring engineering standards, responding to maintenance issues, and coordinating with clients. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications including City & Guilds and F-Gas certification.

Qualifications

• Electrically or Mechanical qualified.
• Proven track record in Building Maintenance.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM in accordance with engineering standards.
• Adhere to Health and Safety at Work Act requirements.
• Respond promptly to Electrically & Mechanically related maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of PPM and related plant.
• Co-ordinate with clients on their requests.
• Carry out minor installation work and repairs.

Skills

Electrical or Mechanical qualifications

Excellent Communication Skills

Multi-skilled in Mechanical and Electrical

Knowledge of UPS/Generators/Power Distribution/HVAC

Education

City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3

City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition
