Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in plumbing.
• Relevant maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or gas services.
• Full Driver’s Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Maintenance Team.
• Ensure health and safety compliance during all tasks.
• Solve technical problems related to reactive maintenance.
• Liaise with the control hub for efficient work response.
• Provide detailed write-ups of completed works.
• Complete works within timescales and regulations.
• Plan and complete works on various building systems.
• Deliver exceptional maintenance services to clients.
• Utilise PDAs for task completion.
• Represent the company professionally to clients.
• Participate in out-of-hours cover and shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Maintenance Team
• Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to
• Use your own initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with reactive maintenance activities, including sourcing parts & materials and seeking manufacturer technical support
• Liaise closely with our control hub to ensure efficient response to all works either working on your own or as part of a team
• Provide detailed write-ups of works carried out to ensure our client is kept up to date at all times.
• Carry out all works within agreed timescales and to the highest standards, ensuring that you comply with current regulations and client specifications
• Play a key role in planning and completing a range of works on various building systems
• Provide exceptional maintenance services to our high profile client and go the extra mile to deliver to the highest quality standards in all areas
• Utilise PDAs / mobiles to complete works
• Deal with a variety of Clients on a daily basis
• You will represent the Company and be courteous and professional in your dealings with them at all times
• Provide regular out of hours cover and participate in a staggered shift pattern to cover the client’s core hours/callouts

Skills and Qualifications

• Plumbing qualification with at least 3 years post qualification experience
• Demonstrate relevant previous experience in a maintenance role, particularly in relation to mechanical, electrical, plumbing or gas services
• Full Driver’s Licence
• Ability to attend site within 1 hour out of hours callout
• Ability to get CTC Clearance
• Ability to get a DBS Certificate
• Demonstrate a sound general knowledge of multiple building services
