Overview

Multi Trade Operative sought by a leading property services company based in Cambridge on a permanent basis. You will deliver high quality service by carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including minor/ remedial plumbing, joinery, tiling, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, etc., within a social housing setting.
• Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve an excellent customer experience.
