A local government authority in Guildford seeks Multi Skilled Operatives to join their housing repairs team. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of building maintenance tasks including day-to-day repairs and kitchen and bathroom refits. An opportunity has arisen to join this highly motivated Housing repairs team, which is responsible for carrying out approximately 20,000 repairs to council properties every year.
You should have considerable experience of building maintenance in all areas of work (excluding gas, electrics and decorating works).
The ideal candidate should be competent to carry out day‑day repairs and complete bathroom and kitchen refits to council properties.
