Overview

Are you passionate about sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence? We're looking for a Multi Skilled Operator (MSO) to join a high-performing manufacturing team within a global leader in the packaging and speciality film industry. This is a hands-on role within a dedicated cell, supporting both Thermoforming and Extrusion operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a zero-accident culture through strong HSHE awareness.
• Maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
• Deliver daily manufacturing performance to plan.
• Conduct first-line maintenance and manage asset care.
• Perform tooling, setting, and product changeovers.
• Drive process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Accurately complete process documentation.
• Mentor and train colleagues within the team.
• Provide cover for machine operation and packing duties.
• Solve problems within the cell and manage material movement.
• Identify and implement waste reduction opportunities.

• Mechanical qualification (Level 2 or above).

• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights and weekends - Day Shift 06:40-19:00, and Night Shift 18:40-07:00
