Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.

• CSCS card is desirable but not mandatory.

• Perform plumbing tasks including installation and refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms, showers, and toilet blocks.
• Complete rip out and refurbishment projects efficiently and effectively.
• Undertake refurbishment and minor works projects.

Overview

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our mobile team in the Hampshire and Surrey areas. You will be required to carry out planned project tasks across various commercial sites and MoD sites. The role will involve installing and maintaining fire doors to BM Trada requirements, upgrading kitchens and bathrooms in accommodation blocks and completing office refurbishments. Ongoing support will be provided by our friendly team, who will offer any necessary training. If you are looking to expand your skillset, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing tasks including installation and refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms, showers and toilet blocks
• Complete rip out and refurbishment projects efficiently and effectively
• Carry out various works such as decorating, installation of hygienic cladding and groundworksUndertake refurbishment and minor works projects

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in either a plumbing or carpentry role
• Ability to complete and pass security vetting
• CSCS card (desirable)
