Overview

DAY SHIFT

Responsibilities

The job will principally involve responsibility for the following:

• Day to day maintenance of volumetric filling machines, labellers and associated packing equipment. This will include setting up and fine tuning their operation for optimum efficiency and quality.
• Maintenance of gear, centrifugal and lobe pumps.
• Installation of new equipment.
• Setting up and performing a proactive maintenance schedule for all production machinery.
• Holding spares for all critical production machinery.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications / Experience:

• Must have mechanical and electrical experience.
• Mechanical engineering NVQ level 3 or above is essential.
• Experience of maintaining filling / production lines
• Chemical background preferable.
