TeknikalSpecialist Recruitment are recruiting for a Multiskilled Shift Engineer in Bourne, Peterborough.

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 DOE + Company Pension + 20 days holiday Plus BH

Your Role

You will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing electrical & mechanical faults, and supporting production efficiency across electrical, electronic and some mechanical systems. You\'ll also play a part in projects, stock management, process improvement, and ensuring high safety standards.

What You\'ll Need
  • Apprenticeship or Equivalent within an engineering discipline
  • Competent both mechanically and electrically
  • Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings
  • Preventative maintenance, Electrical fault finding on PLCs and Motors, AC/DC drives and motors.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn
  • Carry out PPM of machines and plant including extruders, moulders, bottle finishing, testing and packing machinery.
  • Be able to commit to the following weekly rotating shift pattern Mon-Thu 6am-4pm, 2pm-12am, 11pm-7am and occasional overtime on Fridays as required.
