We are currently recruiting for Multi Trade Operative with basic skills in different trades to work on a New Build housing contract in the Runcorn. This role requires multi trade skills in all areas as the candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of finishing works to a brand new Housing estate on each plot.

Responsibilities

• Finish kitchens/bathrooms with generic tidying up (i.e. screwing doors back on properly and making sure generic plumbing is water tight)
• Patch Plasterering experience is essential
• Some generic knowledge on Patch Painting
• Owns tools and PPE is essential
• CSCS card

The role pays £18 - £20 per hour with a basic working week of 42.5 hours minimum with a potential of overtime.

You will need to supply your own tools, PPE and CSCS card.
