Job summary

A construction recruitment firm is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to work on a new housing contract in Crewe. This role offers a pay rate of £18-£20 per hour with a minimum working week of 42.5 hours, plus potential overtime. Candidates must provide their own tools, PPE, and CSCS card.

We are currently recruiting for Multi Trade Operative with basic skills in different trades to work on a New Build housing contract in Crewe.

This role requires multi trade skills in all areas as the candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of finishing works to a brand new Housing estate on each plot.

Our client are a nationwide House Building contractor running a site in the heart of Crewe.

Responsibilities

• Finish kitchens/bathrooms with generic tidying up (i.e. screwing doors back on properly and making sure generic plumbing is water tight)
• Patch plastering experience is essential
• Some generic knowledge on patch painting

Requirements

• Owns tools and PPE is essential
• CSCS card

Compensation and Schedule

The role pays £18 - £20 per hour with a basic working week of 42.5 hours minimum with a potential of overtime.

Notes

You will need to supply your own tools, PPE and CSCS card.

You will be required to provide 2 verbal references for previous roles within the same industry although we will consider applications from other industries as long as you have transferable skills.
