Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role within facilities or building services.
• Recognition in either electrical or mechanical disciplines with skills in general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete help desk tasks within agreed timeframes.
• Perform general building fabric repairs and minor plumbing tasks as required.
• Monitor and optimise building systems to ensure efficient operation.
