Qualifications

• Mandatory NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry/Joinery.
• Significant experience in a reactive domestic maintenance environment.
• Strong skills in carpentry with additional competencies in plumbing and plastering.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute urgent and routine repair tasks in social housing.
• Conduct fault identification aiming for a First Time Fix.
• Perform minor repairs in plumbing, plastering, tiling, and general fabric work.
• Efficiently log job specifics and manage daily schedules.
