Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within a Building Manager or Facilities Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety compliance, IOSH preferred.
  • Some knowledge of financial management including monitoring budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenant liaison and any onsite issues.
  • Coordinate and provide support to site users on tenant new work requests.
  • Manage key allocation records and coordinate the distribution of keys and fobs.
