Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ IT support experience.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of servers including DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for IT support requests.
  • Troubleshoot and support various IT systems.
  • Carry out regular IT checks to maintain smooth operations.

We’re hiring for an IT Support Technician to join our friendly, fast-paced team. You’ll be the go‑to person for supporting IT systems and keeping things running smoothly for our customers – from troubleshooting Windows and networks, to getting hands‑on with Office 365, Intune, servers, and more.

£24,000 – £28,000 | Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm | Chorley & Salford

What You’ll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for IT support requests (tickets, phone, email).
Troubleshoot and support :
  • Office 365 Admin Portal
  • Intune policies & device management
  • Routers, switches & printers
  • Server items – DHCP, DNS & Group Policy
  • Windows 10 & 11 OS
  • VPN connectivity issues
  • Keep users updated and deliver great customer service.
  • Proactively suggest ways to reduce recurring issues.
  • Work closely with 3rd party providers when needed.
  • Carry out regular IT checks to keep systems running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years’ IT support experience
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Intune, and Windows troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of servers (DHCP, DNS, Group Policy).
  • Familiarity with VPNs, routers, switches & general IT kit.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
