Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Baldock is seeking an experienced First Contact Physiotherapist. You will work autonomously in GP practices, assessing and managing MSK patients. The role offers opportunities for training in advanced skills, including injection therapy, and provides full support from a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience and be HCPC registered. This is a full-time on-site position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience.
• Minimum 3 years MSK clinical experience.
• Active CPD portfolio aligned to advanced practice.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess, diagnose, and manage MSK presentations.
• Request investigations and make appropriate referrals.
• Develop tailored self-management plans for patient support.
