As a Motor Vehicle Technician, you’ll be key to keeping government vehicles on the road – safe, reliable, and maintained to the highest standard. This will entail servicing, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of EV, hybrid and ICE vehicles. To identify and fix faults efficiently, you’ll turn to advanced diagnostic tools and equipment. Plus, you’ll fit tyres, balance and align wheels. Of all your work, you’ll keep accurate technical and maintenance records.
You’ll need to be comfortable working independently – but you’ll also get to be a part of our close-knit team in a well-equipped workshop.
We will train you to carry out MOT testing and respond to occasional vehicle breakdowns. You’ll work Monday to Friday (37 hours per week) – no weekend shifts – with access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
