Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the motor strategy by managing and evolving underwriting risk appetite.
  • Identify emerging risks and collaborate on underwriting solutions to address opportunities and threats.
  • Analyse portfolio profitability and take action to ensure performance meets or exceeds the target COR.
  • Oversee and optimise the motor underwriting footprint in line with strategic goals.
  • Evaluate deals and performance areas, making underwriting decisions that align with risk appetite and return requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams such as Pricing, Trading, and Claims to support informed decision-making.
