Reporting to the Motor Director, you will lead a number of Team Leaders and Motor Adjusters handling complex Motor claims, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout. We’re looking for a strong people leader with excellent technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to build a collaborative, high‑performing culture.

This is a 100% home‑based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.
