Motor Claims Handler

Permanent

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Location: Rochdale

Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

We are looking for experienced motor claims handlers with 12+ months experience working in a similar role.

Responsibilities and Skills
  • Deal with insurer scheme claims from "cradle to grave".
  • Ensure all new claims are handled efficiently in line with the insurer SLA.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from policyholders, insurers and other third parties in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all data recorded is factually & grammatically correct and meets agreed SLA's and in line with the insurer "best practice guidelines".
  • Handle claims within the delegated authority of the insurer set out in their SLA's which includes the following:
    • FNOL
    • Instructing Engineer, recovery agents, repairers, solicitors
  • Undertake any other duties as necessary.
  • Ensure work area is tidy and free of hazards.
