Duties

• Perform MOT tests in compliance with DVSA standards, with current MOT licence
• Service vehicles, including routine maintenance, diagnostic work, and repairs
• Carry out brake, clutch, timing belt replacements
• Utilise modern diagnostic tools and software for fault diagnosis
• Maintain workshop standards, health, and safety compliance
• Deliver excellent customer service while upholding workshop standards

Requirements

• Valid MOT tester’s licence, with recent testing experience preferred or DVSA update within the last 6 months
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience as an MOT Technician within a professional workshop environment
• Technical proficiency with diagnostic equipment and vehicle repair procedures
• NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent (preferred)
• A proactive work approach, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering excellent customer satisfaction
