You will manage a pipeline of cases, ensuring compliance with necessary conditions, and work closely with both solicitors and stakeholders. Qualifications

• Must have completions experience in a similar role at a mortgage lender.
• Solid knowledge of the mortgage legal process from offer to completion.
• Good communication, analytical, and numeracy skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process applications from mortgage offer to completion.
• Manage a pipeline of cases and ensure compliance with loan conditions.
• Authenticate the Certificate of Title and manage funding fees.
