Job description

Blakemore recruitment are recruiting for a qualified Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to join a mortgage brokerage in London. On offer is hot mortgage leads on a day-to-day basis, a family like team atmosphere, excellent commissions and admin support.

Main Duties

• As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, ideally with CAS, you will work alongside an existing team of office based mortgage brokers, where you will offer whole of market advice to new and existing clients on all aspects of mortgages.
• Working with the existing team, our client receives new quality leads on a day-to-day basis, from various sources.
• Leads and admin support is provided enabling you as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to concentrate on offering advice to the clients.
• Based on averages you will be dealing with an average mortgage loan size of £350,000.

Key Skills

• As you are required to offer professional, regulated and compliant mortgage advice, the full CeMAP (or equivalent) is essential for this role, along with CAS, however, providing that you can demonstrate your ability to conduct regulated fact finds and that you have offered mortgage advice in the past, your application may be considered.
• Disciplined, committed and motivated are also key attributes for this role, applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if you can show a good track record in mortgage sales.
• A clean credit history, with no complaints, criminal convictions is also essential.
